To search for a Product :
1. Select Product Search from the menu options.
2. Choose to sort the search results by Product ID, My Product ID, Manufacturer or Category.
3. Choose to search for a particular Product ID, My Product ID, Manufacturer or Category.
4. Enter an exact or partial match of the field you are searching for.
5. You can narrow the search by selecting a specific Manufacturer or Category.
6. You can further narrow the search by requesting to only show items that you have assigned a product ID to.
7. Click Search to begin the search that meets your criteria.
Once the search results list is displayed, you can click on Order to add the item to your order.
You can also click on Spec Sheet or Image to display the Product Specification Sheet or Product Image, if available.
To add items to your order :
Select Product Search, search for items, then click on Order to add an item to your order.
OR Select Enter Order, enter a Product ID and click Add Item.
To change or delete an item on your order :
Select Enter Order and then click on the item you wish to change or delete.
To submit your order :
Select Enter Order and then Enter a Purchase ORder number and click Submit Order
To check the status of your existing orders :
1. Select Order Status from the menu options.
2. Choose to search for a particular Product ID, My Product ID or P.O.#
3. Enter an exact or partial match of the field you are searching for.
4. Click Search to begin the search that meets your criteria.
